Archigraph Development has over 15 years of real estate market experience in areas of property management, commercial and residential developments. Its focus is to seek real estate projects that bring high rates of returns to its investors while managing its risk exposure.  Archigraph has established partnership with various reputable professionals and consultants with the primary focus to create a high-standard luxury living spaces that cohesively integrate and contribute back to their exceptionally strong and growing communities throughout the GTA. 

Founder of Archigraph Development Inc., Gary Lo has over 15 years of comprehensive experience in real estate market in areas of property management, commercial and residential developments. His recently project includes both Pre-Construction and Construction developments ranging from stacked townhouses, townhouses to low-rise Residential Condominium in Ontario.  Gary is well-versed in the financial analysis of development projects where he brings effective project coordination and profitable realizing returns for his investors. 

Our CEO & Founder

Prior to founding Archigarph Development Inc. Gary Lo worked at one of the foremost architecture/digital branding firm in North America. He has managed teams across three continents, worked with developers of all sizes and now proudly leads a multidisciplinary, multicultural, multigenerational team looking to expertly solve problems in architecture and digital branding

Gary holds a Bachelor degree in Architecture from University of Toronto. With his early career training as an architect, his design philosophy focuses on clean and simple lines to create intelligent, beautiful yet trend sustainable spaces. Gary has also developed an extensive experience in the area of digital parametric design and was a pioneer in incorporating design with virtualization technology.
